7-day money-back guarantee

Every one-time purchase — single reading, compatibility reading, and premium bundle — comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If the reading isn't what you expected, we refund the full amount.

How to request a refund

Reply to the receipt email you received after your purchase, or write to support@matrixdestiny.io from the same email address used at checkout. Please include:

• Your order number (found in the receipt email)
• A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2 business days on our side. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, the amount typically appears back on your statement in 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellation

If you subscribed to a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals — you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate unused portions of a subscription month.

What is not eligible for refund

• Requests submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase
• Charges disputed via chargeback without first contacting our support — please email us first so we can resolve directly
• Subscription payments for months already elapsed (only the upcoming renewal is cancelled)

Payment processor

Payments are processed by our payment partner. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not have the ability to send refunds to a different card, bank account, or wallet.
